My Mistakes!

I have been pondering since so many years about a peculiar side that exists in me. It is nothing but I do mistakes but I generally I don't think it as a mistake. Our elders used to say that by doing many mistakes, u may discover a solution, a thing or a probably a miracle. I am struggling why it is not happening with me! I am still confused what an attitude I have? I spent my life in doing mistakes rather correcting them, when I try to correct them…err!!my soul says..common!it won’t happen..we shouldn't brood over past mistakes!! (only this)..it won’t say “don’t repeat them in future”..if it happens again…Err!I don’t have answer to this…and it will be a new mistake again :)

And yeah, all the mistakes I make/made/will make (:) :( ) were/are/will be stupid!!

One day I was travelling alone in a bus to Pilani from Gurgaon at night…I know that a girl should not dare to take risk, even though I did not stop… I always prepare for the best :) instead of preparing for the worst J!!Bus got broke down at a remote area, it was 8.15 PM and it was raining :) I went by a sharing auto to some place and caught a bus then. Thank God, nothing worst happened!

Is it a mistake?or an accident? Am I wrong as I did not prepare for the worst?

One day I was going to Mumbai Central mall, I left my bag where my wallet+ipod+my mobile phones+ATM cards+my collections near security thinking that no body steal anything from security… :) unfortunately, I lost my wallet and when I gave a complaint, there were no cameras to find out the thief :) Enjoy!!

Not once, many times I booked movie/train/bus tickets on a wrong date :)

I go on recharging a wrong mobile number (I usually forget my number). I go out in the nights to have Pani Puri/ice creams/pulpy orange :)

One day, my roommate’s friend came to spend her weekend with us. She put her mobile in Jeans back pocket and while sleeping, she hanged that pant over a window..the time was 1.30 PM..the mobile went and got dropped on the top of another window in second floor where we stay at 3rd floor. Since its beyond our hands, we got a stick (not to pick it :)) to pull it down to the ground floor! And my roommate was ready with a long stick to pull.. NOTE: The mobile would go and drop in the parking area at ground floor after pulling..so, we got a big bed sheet, went down to ground floor, jumped to parking side, opened that bed sheet and said “Get Set Go Start..Pull” she moved it… :) unfortunately, we could not see the mobile any more, it went and fell on some other side, broken into several pieces!!I am the big culprit here.. I only gave all these ideas!

I happily sleep while traveling no matter on what mode (bus/train/flight/auto/bike) I am traveling I just sleep..some times, it will end up in reaching a wrong destination

One more about my mobile here :)

http://coolhoneyhere.blogspot.com/2008/12/tragedy-of-my-mobile.html

lost my id card :)

http://coolhoneyhere.blogspot.com/2008/12/height-of-stupidity.html

Recently I lost my wallet again, my chappals and the list goes on...

I open all the ways to lose my things! I guess I am very careless/stupid… I don’t know :(

Some many of my friends tried to change me, tried to make me understand, worried for me, lectured me,..All these things happened not once but many times, I learnt so much and I m enlightened enough to be careful!! I don't know where I am going wrong? Is it my fate? (big dialogue) but I cannot stop the things that are gonna happening!!

The purpose of this post is not to meant I am wrong, I do wrong, it is just a sharing of my strange character :)

In spite of all this, I just enjoy my life!!I rock always :)

cheers!

Weekend masti..weekend thrills!!

It's really a long time I was rolled out of laughter this weekend. We had a sound and exciting plan in order to treat my roommate’s friend who is coming from Hyd to Pune.

On Saturday Afternoon, we first went to Mc Donald’s; as usual had a yummy combo food there and moved to MG road for shopping! Now this MG road has got a hell number of shops which tempt all the gals to buy more n more things. We roamed over only a few shops and done with our shopping as we did not have much time. Next, we started to a place called CHOWKI DHAANI (an ethical Rajasthani village) which is 15kms far away from our home. We are total five in number, as we dint book any cab before, we had to go by an auto-rickshaw to save our time. We reached at around 6'0 clock in the evening!

It is located in a remote place called wagoly, and we need to go very inside of that place. Then we started worrying about going back from there. As soon as we entered, guards welcomed us with funny sayings Ram Ram Sa..Ram ram Ji..

As the name meant, Chokhi Dhani –" a small beautiful hamlet" , has maintained its rich art, traditional look and culture image with its host of Folk Dances- Ghoomer, Kalbelia,Bhopa Bhopi,Chaupal, etc….Village Artisans too show case their skills with the depiction of Kumbhar, Lohar, etc… There are many things to enjoy, so we planned to complete covering all parts in exactly four hours and we had to leave by 10 P.M sharp.

We had a great fun there; we went to camel riding, horse riding, horoscope, magic show. We had jeera juice, tasty snacks, and colored tattoos. We played many games, swung on cradles and had mehandi. The interesting part is Rajasthani typical dances. Their dances are completely traditional and

It will not be worthy and complete if I miss describing about the delicious food.

Generally, Rajasthani curries seem brilliant red but they are not as spicy as they look. The people use pure ghee to make the most Rajasthani cuisine as the medium of cooking. A favorite sweet dish called lapsi is prepared with broken wheat sauted in ghee and sweetened.

for them perhaps the best-known Rajasthani food is the combination of dal, batti and churma but for the adventurous travelers like us, willing to experiment, there is a lot of variety available.Be it dal batti and churma or missi roti , one always ends up licking his/her fingers. Besides, each region is distinguished by its unique popular sweet - Mawa Kachori, Alwar ka Mawa, Malpuas, Rasogullas, Ghevar to name a few.

For foodies like me, I am always fond of eating food cooked in ghee, cheese, butter and milk and they are famous for its mouth-watering aroma. But the people who serve food there makes our tummies scream No more!! But they won't stop!!

We were too exhausted to go back, we were pretty scared as the time was 10.30, we have to go till Station and we could not find any auto rickshaws outside. We ran to reception and pleaded them to arrange a cab. Finally we got a six seater auto-rickshaw which drops us till main road. But fortunately we requested that uncle to drop till Aerwada from where we can easily get transport to Station. The uncle is pretty sweet as he could chase a bus for us which goes to our home directly :) :)

That's not the end!

I will certainly come up with another post to jot down the Sunday’s feats!!

Cheers

A New girl in the City

Till now, in my 22 years of life, I have been to many villages, towns, cities and even metropolitans!!
now its again the time for me to roam over one more - Its CHENNAI.

Since my childhood whenever I heard the word Chennai, the words that come into my mind are: Illeds, Idli-Dosa, Dirty roads, Merina beach and Arrogant people.

But when I came here, it was totally amazing, the city is just awesome..the climate is moderate, drizzling sometimes..
I have not been to many places, but I could say that roads are good, please forget about traffic.

Frankly speaking, I am supposed to stay here for a couple of weeks and learn the project thoroughly.Despite, on the very first day, stayed for few hours and ran to Tirupati :) , from there to home!!

Illeds is the word which we used to call Tamil people at BITS (referred Bitsian Slang) why because they often use a word "Ille (=NO)".

The food over here is not so tasty/yummy, but I say it's interesting and good for health :P Hope I gain weight during this short tenure.

Merina Beach: I remember that I fell down on the sand dune at merina beach when I was in my 2nd standard. (great memory power), Will go there this weekend.

And yeah about people:
yes they're arrogant of their relations.
yes they're crazy in aiding others.
yes they're stubborn at completing their tasks.

Especially I would like to thank few persons
1.Cab uncle/driver
Thanks uncle for bearing me for an hour or two.
We had a long conversation where I spoke to him in Telugu/hindi/English, but he knows/understands/speaks only Tamil :) :)
just imagine how funny it will be.huh?

2.Swetha-cognizant
hey thanks da, I neither know her nor she knows me, I met her in Koyambed, she is worried thinking how would I reach my guest house :) :)

And I have jotted down to visit many places like Central (am a shopaholic), Mc.Donalds, Seashore, famous Temples etc..defintely I will visit them inspite of any encounters.

I hope I will enjoy my trip here.

Cheers!!

Jamoon scam!!

During the lunch hours at my office, we all used to gather at cafeteria and have a gab for few minutes. After a dreary menu, today we are glad to know that gulab jamoons are been serving and so we are in great haste to have our lunch.Fortunately the person who serves jamoons has gone some where, in the mean while we all filched as many jamoons as we can. I am very proud to disclose that the following folks are involved in this jamoon heist.

  • Deepender has played a major role by stealing 8 jamoons, he did not give to any one, he ate them all alone :(.
  • Me , I have got 6 jamoons as in where I just ate 4, and the rest are grabbed by Bagga, Kishore and Tarun :D
  • Raghu with 4 jamoons :P, he is ceasing others not to go. Lokesh also with just four jamoons :) poor chap, he was caught and got enough scoldings as well.
  • Tarun, Bagga, Kishore are busy in robbing from other plates!!

Really that's an amusing lunch!!

Cheers!!

my precious 16 hrs!! :)

Though people say that traveling alone is pathetic, I enjoy it and I make it lively. Yesterday while coming back to Pune, I came by a train which was scheduled at 6.30 PM but it was running late by 30 minutes.and I was supposed to reach my destination at 10.35 A.M. the next day. Here by, I am elaborating on the sixteen hours which I had spent and I enjoyed by doing so.

7.00 P.M. - 8.30 P.M.:

I was gazing around the different kinds of junta sitting around me, a middle aged man with his wife discussing some family issues in an unknown language, not so pretty wannabe air hostess lolling on her berth, some college going students commenting everyone, a few techie geeks grumbling about their managers, a few more standing in a queue to charge their mobiles and yep how can i forget about the beggar who trips for some hundred times in the same compartment. I was punch drunk and I found it difficult to even breathe in that stupid sleeper class..poor me!!

8.30 P.M.- 9.00 P.M.:
Dinner-1 was already done before boarding into train, As I was loosing my weight day by day, my papa was scared and worried about me !! he made me eat the hell lot of food in the last couple of days.

dinner-2 was followed by just : :) :)
2 dairy milks,
sweets (not home made :D),
some raw fruits,
and of course a little home grub!!

9.00 P.M. - 10.00 PM:

(A small conversation with a chap, oops..i forgot to ask his name)

He is a chatter box. He talked, talked, talked, screamed and shouted as well. It really bottle necked my evening dreams, I was doomed and I cannot sleep after that conversation. This was an utmost flirting conversation I had ever seen!!of, course..that happens with all the pretty girls like me :P.

10.00P.M. - 1.00 A.M: I am thankful to my i pod, though its dying of less battery, it entertained me through out my journey. In between., I arranged my bed (berth :P), I dressed up to sleep, and yeah, I had phoned my friends and blah...

1.00 P.M - 8.00 A.M:

I was into my dream, I just forgot all the things who am I, where was I in, what was I doing, and etc...I relaxed badly. No network coverage :) as I literally roamed like a hutch dog for two days.

8.00 A.M - 10.00 A.M:

please refer to 10.00 P.M- 1.00 A.M :) again I thank my i pod. I love you :)

10.00 A.M - 10.30 A.M:

Again with the same innocent glance at people, who were standing in a queue to get down asap from the train as if it was some race and the person who got down first would get an accolade, who were in hurry to their respective places.

Back to Pune with many wishes, many hopes!! yeah, there is a good news, my problem has got solved!!I love you papa. And, omg!, I have planned to do many things in the coming days and yeah..Let me anticipate them....
really, Life is beautiful :)

Cheers!!

Death by Chocolate

I am glad to indite again about chocolates on my blog!!

Adding to my weekend thrills, yesterday Tarun and I have gone to city for some work and after finishing it, to fill our paunches :P , we went to a bakery. While stepping into the bakery, I started eyeing on Death by chocolate. It is a mouth watering cake enriched with dark brown color, three layered chocolate where it is floated in a chocolate sauce.. :) It looked too appetizing and tempted us to order. Actually when the waiter brought it, Tarun said that the plate was too beautiful :) but he came to know that it is not plate, it is chocolate sauce when he touched it. We really enjoyed eating and licking it. :) :) and I just loved it and I wanna die for it.

Now, one more is added to my menu!! Life is like a box of chocolates - full of nuts!

my tips for dieting:

  • Don't ever eat one chocolate, have two!! you feel better.
  • Drink 4-5 glasses of chocolate sauce every day and improve your figure.
  • Have a chocolate shake before sleeping.

Death by Chocolate sings - "If I must die, let it be death by chocolate"

Cheers!!

bye shoppe :(

its so pretty,
this color is trendy,
i guess it suits me well,,
i never tried this stuff,..huh..,
its making me happy...., chalo I will buy it!!

I suddenly get a fits attack often when I come across a cute skirt, lovely top or a pair of chappals.!!my muscles start jerking me to take that on what I had set my eyes on.

I am a shopaholic, I have no self control, I would go on dreaming about it, I think million of times, i don't have this colored one, I can wear it at many occasions, and finally I soothe my nerves by buying it. I have nearly 100 dresses to satisfy me still I go nuts behind this shopping..,I had squandered nearly 45k in one month for shopping, sounds crazy?? of course I knew, nobody can stop me from it whenever i see a mall, I feel it as a paradise, I enjoy buying all accessories no matter whether it's needed or not, but!!!(I decided)

don't think that I am well-heeled :P, company is paying me more than enough money just for my signature :) :) but due to some problems, I got my salary after 3 months, I have taken lots of money from people, probably this restricted me not to buy any more things..!!and this realized me the importance of money!!!so..

yup.., I have decided to stop shopping at least till my birthday (except one wallet and a pair of chappal :P). I will try my maximum to stick on to my words..., :) but I am not sure as there are many events coming ahead valentine's day :P, anniversary :P,
.........chalo, Lets see what will happen!!!

Cheers!!

weekend,movies and coke float!!

so, though this weekend was big ( 3 days ), it ended up in the above three words.
Saturday started very late with a stupid Bengali movie, I don't know why do they make such a pointless and weird movies (forget it, I cannot express my feelings towards it as I was dumbstruck) and this was the very first time I felt that I wasted my precious time by watching it. :P don't ask me the name, better ask Tarun (as he said that was a super hit movie :P). No more comments on it. whhhhhoooaaa...
and Sri fell down in front of a shop due to giddiness!! we spent the day in taking care of her. :) :)
god bless you!! :) :)
Sunday---next day, nothing special, went to MC. Donald's and had tasty foood over there with coke float...a standard order: french fries + coke float @ MC.Donald's. I'm loving it :) :)
again the next and last day of the weekend started with Nair's republic day flag..,
and went to Big Cinemas for Raaz a terrible movie though I was sitting in between Tarun and Deepender.., I screamed, cried and ran from the theatre finally :) :) its indeed an okay type movie where Imran Hashmi for the first time in his life has played a pretty good role.., some scenes expected, a few unexpected!!!
and from there, again we had food at the same place and the same coke float @ MC.Donald's!!!
Next comes shopping..., big bazaar sounded badly with hell many offers, people rushed, people hurried, people got screwed up in standing on the line for quite a few minutes.
And then, we moved back to our homes blabbering, commenting on the movie, people and what not??
so, such is life, such is weekend, they do come slow yet they get over fast.

Cheers!!!

Fun @ Home

As most of us are staying in the same apartment, guys started enjoying the weekends by playing cricket in the garden lawns.

Yesterday they divided themselves into two teams:

TEAM 1 (PSYCHOS): Kishore, Srikhar, Baba, Kinkar, Bandi
Team 2 (Dangerous Dogs): Avinash, Bagga, Raghavendar, Anji, Anirban

Umpire: Miss Sridevi Sabada
Comments by Miss Madhuri Kunisetty
Audience as well as Confidence booster: Miss Samridhi Dubey

I was astonished by watching the show, it was a great entertainment by these proud Indian Cricketers and I cannot stop myself describing the styles of every Cricketer I saw in the evening.

Here I start with a lazy and lethargic Psycho. Its non other than Kishore. His batting was awesome as he always end up with a single run. His fielding does not need any description as you must have understood by the start of this paragraph (A lazy and lethargic Psycho :P), he never attempts to bend and never tries to go to catch a ball. Anyways, Good applauds to Kishore. Second one is Srikhar: I didn't see him bowling, I just saw his batting where he always finds his girl friend's face in the ball (oopss...and so he skips!!!). Baba:A real icon player, his dedication towards the entire play was equivalent to his dedication towards our X-mart project :P. Kinkar is a descent player who is good at batting and fielding as well. and then, Bandi: A fast bowler who is little less than Ishant Sharma, the one is batting could not glance at the ball coming near to him.
This team had well scored in five ample overs by putting all their possible enormous efforts :P

And the next team (Dangerous Dogs) is an eccentric team comprising of a few legends like Avinash and Bagga :).
Avinash, well, I am confused, from where to start as he is sound at batting (runs are always in single digit like Kishore), bowling (tries to bowl using two hands) and fielding (by the time he catches the ball, the batsmen would have done with at least 3 runs). Then, the rest of the team like Anji and Anirban are very good players who gave good competition to the opposite team and who kept their reputation of winning through out all the matches. Coming to Raghavendar, though he looks stupid (and handsome :P), his style was rocking. In the entire play, he was the one who scored many 4's and 6's. And the last but not least, BAGGA..!!
He is an utmost ambidextrous (as he can use any hand left or right like Sachin, for batting) player who is the most wanted guy and worth to be in our Indian Cricket Team if it has to loose the match :P. His batting was amazing, for an over, he sleeps for the first couple of balls and he concentrates on only the last ball. So, it ultimately leads him to score in binary digit runs, of course little better than Kishore and Avinash (as they score in single digit :P).
Anyways, this team had also played well and they won the maximum number of matches.

Coming to the Umpire, Sridevi was a fair one. She has sound knowledge about Cricket. We were proud of her as she never forgot the scores number and she was a bit strict about the rules.

Samridhi almost cheered each and every player who failed to put their efforts. Kudos Sam!!
Maddy: :) she kept on commenting in several languages like Telugu, Hindi and English.

The play winded up with this fantastic finish.
Fantastic Finish by AVI: Dangerous Dogs team had to score a single run in four balls so, Avinash due to light problem, he missed two balls, and he thought that they are doomed but to their surprise, his bat couldnot catch the ball instead the ball caught his bat :P so they won the last match too!!
Few highlights:

  • Kishore's tossing.
  • Raghu's max no.of 4's and 6's.
  • Bandi's fast bowling.
  • Avinash's fantastic finish
  • Srikhar's hype (he was too tired to play it seeems :P)
  • Bagga's max no.of wide balls
  • Baba's style.
  • Anji's fielding.
  • Kinkar and Anirban (Two Bengal Gangulys)
  • Samridhi's cheering.
  • Sridevi's rules and regulations.
  • and...of course my commentry.

Hope you guys must have enjoyed this FUN @ Home,
Cheers!!

waterfalls!!!an Awesome day!!

After all these monotonous working days, last weekend, me, Sridevi, Srikar, Shalini and Anji planned for a one day trip to Shivasamudram (its a worth visiting place for all the nature lovers). This was 125kms away from Bangalore and as far as I know, it is the second largest waterfalls in India and sixteenth largest waterfalls in the world. Though I was badly reluctant to get up early in the morning, Sri imposed me to take bath and get ready by 20 minutes and yeah, all this was a pretty planned trip as we started at sharp 7.15 A.M from BTM and thus we are just proud of our punctuality. We booked a Cab from our home and within an hour we reached Maddur where we had delicious breakfast in a Karnataka style restaurant. And after that, we started playing games, listening as well as singing to songs, commenting on each other and had a great fun. Then, we reached Shivasamudram at around 11.30 A.M.

Actually there are two waterfalls by which Shivasamudram is segmented into left and right.., the first and left one is "Gaganchukki" . This was just stupendous. The sound, the view, the water made us serenely quiet. We spend some time by taking snaps and gossipping on. And then, there is a cascading waterfalls, the right one named "Barachukki". I guess this is the apt season as their flow is pretty enormous and roaring. By seeing these amazing falls, all of us were thrilled and ran near to them, had a trip through a small boat that in turn tempted us to go and have a dip in it. We just broke the rules and cautions over there and completely drenched in the clean water with "Who cares" attitude :). The only tragedy caused by the lovely falls here is all of our mobiles stopped working as we forgot to put them aside and have taken them into water along with us, we had taken our mobiles with us. And a few applauds to Anji as he saved the lives of 2,3 fellows. There we started going back in the afternoon at 2.30 P.M. We were badly hungry and vexed.

On the way back to Bangalore, as we had ample time, we also decided to go to TALAKAD, a town surrounds with many interesting legends, I don't know much about its history but I came to know that it is famous for five Shiva temples and sand dunes from Shalini, as this naughty girl kept on slandering about the greatness of this place :P. We visited all the five temples, and here, Anji and Shalini were pretty interested in knowing about all the mysteries behind this place and so they took the help of a guide who speaks only in Kannada(he does not know either Telugu, Hindi or English) :P. They tried hardly in understanding his language even though both of them don't know Kannada, at the same time, Srikar was on phone, trying badly to explain his girl friend the beauty of these places, Sridevi was behind Anji and Shalini jotting a few points about the history as if there was a seminar :P, and yeah, I was busy in eating coconut and asking the guide some doubts in Kannada :P. We also had a small shopping and That's it. Then, it was 7.00 P.M, we started back to Bangalore with no more halts except at Mc.Donald's to have our dinner and reached home at 11.30 P.M.

It was the one and only trip in Bangalore which we are proud of for making it the most memorable and cherishable with our default enthu and thrill. And I suggest people in Bangalore to go and enjoy this sceneric natural beauty!!!
